I’ve been exercising on the BSG10X home gym for only a couple of weeks. To date I’m rather impressed with all the workouts and the degree of flexibility of the BSG10X.
I purchased and set up this equipment for a workout recently. To start with, the installation only took about three hours from beginning to end while the guide was thorough, taking about 20 steps to get to the completed product. I then did my 1st workout, working on the chest area, and was impressed how even the resistance is. If you’re a physical fitness buff who likes working out every day, then this equipment may well surprise you.
